About City Living Developments

City Living Developments was formed in 2004 to undertake a number of high quality residential and mixed use schemes. We have quickly established a reputation for delivering high specification and cost effective residential, commercial, health and leisure development solutions. Our imaginative thinking and commitment to the highest standards of quality have set us apart from other property companies as we have shown that it is possible to think differently and change perceptions.

Where possible, our large scale mixed use developments combine the restoration and conversation of existing historical buildings with new contemporary structures to create an interesting mix of old and new. We also have experience of successfully delivering development projects to meet detailed end user requirements and specifications.

We combine the experience of an efficient in-house team with selected and proven industry partners, supported by long standing relationships with funding institutions.

Our activities are split into two principal portfolios; the development portfolio which contains large scale mixed use development projects and an investment portfolio containing high quality investment properties which we have retained.
